If you child will need to take medication at camp, a medication form is required.
Please have your child’s doctor/physician complete the medication form here.
Please return completed form and un-open medication in a ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name on their first day of camp.
When dropping off or picking up from camp, a KidsRock Team member will ask you for your Pick-up pin #.
Pick-Up Pins # are pre-set and all adults listed have their own pin # on a child’s account.
Generally, primary and secondary parents/guardians are assigned Pick-Up Pins using the last four digits of their cell/mobile phone number.
Emergency contacts that have been listed on your account are typically assigned Pick-Up Pins using their full ten-digit cell/mobile number.
To confirm or change any authorized adult’s Pick-Up Pin, please log onto your KidsRock account.
You can view or change your pick-up pin anytime by logging onto your account.
Your child should not bring:

Every single item your child/children bring to camp. Campers often have similar or the same items.
If your child has a food-related allergy, please be sure to list this in his/her registration. We do our very best to provide alternative food options for campers with allergies. We are also proud to be a Peanut Free Camp! To help us keep all our campers safe, please do not pack any meals or snacks that contain peanuts.

Group Trips
Are when campers navigate the trip as a group with their counselor.

Are when staff are stationed in designated play zones that children can explore and play in.

We coach campers in ways to navigate conflicts and model positive behavior.

We communicate and listen to all sides.
Positive Reinforce
We encourage and reward good behavior.

We provide tons of age-appropriate activities, to keep our camper engaged all day long.
Adapt and Make Changes
We assess environments, groups, and situations to understand triggers and to evaluate if a camper group or activity change is needed.
Communicate
We communicate with families regarding your child/children’s development at camp.
Campers are expected to follow directions the first time and refrain from physical contact, or the use of harmful or inappropriate language/behavior with others.
Campers are expected to use kind words, separate themselves or communicate to a counselor if she/he has a conflict with a fellow camper. KidsRock does NOT tolerate violence, harmful and or hurtful words, language or negative behavior at camp.
Furthermore, we do not tolerate the stance regarding self-defense to solve a conflict. If your child uses harmful/hurtful words or is involved in physical contact with another person; whether they are the aggressor or not they Will receive consequences for their actions.
Campers Will Be suspended or dismissed from camp if she/he uses violence and or hurtful words/language at camp.
*No refunds are given if your child is suspended or dismissed from camp.
Travel in Luxury
Campers travel in a luxury coach bus equipped with everything to keep your child comfortable and safe on each trip. We partner with Academy Bus to offer a relaxing travel experience complete with a certified Academy Bus Chauffeur, individual reclining seats, on-board restroom, air–conditioning and movies to maximize comfort, fun, and safety.
On all water-related field trips, KidsRock staff follows the KidsRock Watcher on Duty System (WOD). This system instructs staff to:
Camp Shirts
All Campers are required to wear cool bright KidsRock branded water resistance rash-guard camp shirts.
Staff Camp Shirts
KidsRock Staff also wears bright KidsRock branded water resistance rash-guard shirts. Our Staff water resistance rash-guard shirts help campers identify our staff clearly at the pool.
We recruit Baltimore teachers, students in college that are majoring in education or related fields and adults who are caring and passionate about children’s success
We screened all staff, require FBI & State background checks, and equip staff with the tools and training to engage, supervise, and keep your child safe at camp.

Children are placed into small groups of 5 – 15 campers of the same general rising grade. One counselor is assigned to a group of 10 campers or lower. Two counselors are assigned to groups of 11 – 15 campers.
